"The hotel is in a great location, very convenient to dining shopping and the tube. The room was clean and had plenty of amenities. Breakfast was a very complete buffet that can fit everyone’s needs."

"Avoid ...photos are fake, besides the location it is a really a bad hotel, the rooms are terrible it looks more like a prison cell that an hotel room, no windows which is terrible in itself as you need to leave to light on, else it feels like a black hole,...but also no TV, no bed table, no bed light, no chair, no shelves,.. nothing just two old beds, nothing else...ZERO FURNITURE to put your suitase, your book, no ensuite shower just a cheap ikea style show curtain...it is a tourist trap a SCAM...they know nobody will return to such a bad place so they don't care. Really depressing place even just to spend 2-3 nights...just avoid."

"Would def stay here again. Each walking distance to the Westminster Tube station. Lovely hotel, modern, clean and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was really good, loads to choose from. Room was clean and spacious. "

"Do not park here. I had booked 8 days parking in a drop & go deal, where I believed my car was to be taken offsite as soon as we arrived. On arrival, we were told to park in the main car park which was completely overbooked. A hotel car steward advised me to park at the end of a parking row (not in a bay) as it was only intended to be there for a short period, so assured me it would be fine and I handed them the keys. The offshore team did not collect the car until the next day and when we got back to collect the car it had been side swiped by the car next to me, who had driven off. The TRIBE hotel policy is to not give out CCTV evidence to guests, so you wonder what the point of having CCTV is for. I cannot find out now the registration plate of the car next to me. Hopefully the police might force their hand having reported it. You leave your car in what you believe to be a safe location and come back to a headache."

"Was definitely not what I was expecting. It was clean, quiet and apart from the work being done outside very well maintained. I can't fault anything and the staff were all so helpful. Will definitely stay again."

"Overpriced hostels, it's alright overall, but their customers service is horrible, I ask them multiple time over multiple day for clean towels and I only got them on day 3, they do not clear our room regularly either, I upgraded to have coffee in my room and they keep forgetting to give us coffee and would mix decaf with regular cafe even after requesting no decaf, its full of young students everywhere and the room are ridiculously small ( even after I upgraded my room to more space which costed me quite a bit ) the room was the smallest room I ever been in. It felt as if it was a hostel not a hotel at all. Won't be going back."

"I have stayed many times at this hotel as it's convenient to where I occasionally work. One of the reasons I always went back was because it's staff were so helpful. Unfortunately they have now installed a tablet check-in system and reduced the no. of check-in staff. In my opinion this has had a detrimental effect on the check-in experience - especially problematic if you were checking in at the same time as a large group. There are other hotels offering a more personalised service where you're able to speak with real people. I will certainly be seeking these out in future."
