"Beautiful hotel, great food and staff lovely. However, do not allow the hotel to book taxis, or use the taxi company the hotel is associated with, the taxi driver kept adding more and more on due to the ‘exchange rate’. I’m pretty sure the exchange rate did not cost $30 for $65 trip that was quoted and promised. Unfortunately this was a real dampener and put a sour feel on the end of what was a great holiday, nothing worse than being taken advantage of and ripped off! Tourists beware."

"We stayed here on our last night in CR just to be close to the airport. We had 2 sets of grandparents with us and they moved us all to the same floor and one connecting room to ours so the kids could have a “suite”. It was clean and had a great view of the mountains. We drove earlier that day from Manuel Antonio so we just stayed in the hotel and enjoyed the games they had which was entertaining. Staff was friendly and booked a shuttle for the next morning for us last minute with no issues. I would recommend this place for anyone. "

"The staff their welcoming and go beyond their job description the room cleaners did excellent job on cleaning the breakfast was fresh and delicious everyone there should definitely get a promotion amazing men and women God bless them all me and my son had a wonderful time there "

"Nice place , very secluded .. easy for uber to find.. please note there are no fans available and no refrigerator in the room. The complementary breakfast was nice & the massage I had was great. Pool was very cold but that’s okay& overall was a good stay.. the walk with the luggage up stone steps was hard but worth it"

"I only stayed one night before heading to another city, but I wish I could have stayed longer! The room was so big and spacious and very clean. The bathroom was also big and spacious and clean. The outdoor shower option was a treat! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very nice and friendly. The infinity pool was lovely, not too big, but just fine for a dip. Many hammocks for relaxing under the trees. I will be back!"
