"This property is dated and the furniture has stains on them. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. I could still find dirt on the soap holder. I didn’t use the wifi or laundry. Staff were courteous. "

"Poor. DO NOT Book. AC unit was making crazy noise, just in backyard train tracks and whole night many goods trains was passing by and constant noise. Lastly breakfast was closed before designated time. Staff not cooperative. "

"The room was spacious, very clean and so quiet. The breakfast was great every day and much to choose from. The staff in the breakfast area were friendly and helpful. My trip was stressful as it was a death in our family but honestly my stay here was such a plus and made it manageable. "

"The breakfast is actual food and has various options each day, unlike previous hotels I’ve been to that offered a bagel or cereal. Room was well kept and clean and I loved having the in-room kitchen since I was staying multiple nights. I saved on not having to eat out a bunch. Great stay overall. "

"A specifically pick the place because it had a hot tub and of course, when I get there, I find out the hot tub is out of order, and the overall vibe of the place is kind of grungy. But the staff were very nice and was even willing to give me my money back if I wanted to change hotels, but I wasn’t here long enough to waste time trying to find another hotel so I dealt with it"

"The Spark hotel is conveniently located near Colorado Springs’ main attractions, but the room was disappointing. The temperature control system would either blow cold or hot air, seemingly at random. We had to set it to 83 degrees for it to stop blowing cold air, and then after a while it would blow cold air again. The bath towels were stained with makeup and the shower handle was broken so it took a lot of work to get it to turn on and off. The staff seemed reluctant to help before...

"Upon arrival we were given the wrong room. Once we were settled into our new room we noticed the bathroom door didn’t close all the way allowing zero privacy. The free breakfast was less than desirable. The fruit was not fresh (it looked days old) and the eggs and bacon were cold. "

"The service was okay, the room was fine, but the breakfast was a joke. The pancake machine barely worked and it hadn't been cleaned properly. My husband tried to fix it, so that's how we knew it wasn't cleaned. There were no fresh fruit and the sausage patties were overcooked, tasted like jerky. The juice machine had refill on everything, except cranberry. On the second day, the eggs were gone after an hour, no more extra and breakfast is suppose to be from 6-9, so there should have been more....
