"Great location between parliament and castle along Karl Johen - rooms really nice - fantastic shower - and breakfast included was really first rate - eat a large one and it takes you to dinner. Alexandra on front desk was so helpful - went above and beyond for us - suggested a good walking tour and other side trips. I would highly recommend this hotel - walkable everywhere - and the car park isn’t too far away"

Delicious breakfast and dinner included which was particularly appreciated by me who had a bad cold upon the start of the trip. I made dinner reservations at well recommended restaurants out but had to cancel because of my health. Just minutes walk to the tram to travel to the center of town. "The washer/dryer was a disaster. I planned to wash my clothes, which is why I chose this location. The washer takes 1.5 hours, and the dryer takes over 3 hours. Who has time for that...no one. I recommend buying multiple washers and dryers. My clothes still did not dry. Started at 9 pm to wash. I placed them to dry for 3 hours, and they were still damp after the 1st tume. I took out clothes to see if that would help. It did not. I got up at 3 am to check, then again at 5 a.m., then at 7 am....
