"We stayed at this hotel a couple of times a year for the last ten years. Since the new owner has completed renovations, and rooms are very comfortable and super clean. The bathroom is lovely. A total upgrade!!"

I was actually shocked at how nice and friendly all the staff were here compared to result of the terrible experience that I encountered at their neighbours location, the Days inn in downtown Sault Ste. Marie were I was rudely harassed and denied service by the racist feminine Philipino boy who works at the front desk during the evening/night shift. I was relocated to the Holiday Inn express in Downtown Sault Ste. Marie and it is now my new favourite hotel. I love this hotel and all the staff are great!!! Thanks again to all of their staff, the friendly Philipino man who checked me out and the two beautiful friendly ladies who checked me in and the beautiful lady who was so helpful and kind to everyone in the breakfast area, you all are truly very amazing people. See you again soon"
