The breakfast basket in the morning was a great touch — fresh, local, and way better than expected. The whole place has a calm, relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views by the river. Even though it was a short stay, it felt special."

"The room was clean and warm, situated suitably far enough away from the others to offer privacy. It would have been nice to have cooking facilities as we didn't want to eat in the restaurant every night. However, the breakfast was varied and really good. It is very remote so would recommend a hire car, far cheaper than shuttles or taxis. We were fortunate enough to see the lights, although the glass roof was a huge feature, we did actually run straight outside every time! The staff were lovely...
