"The staff were amazing and was very helpful! Had a small dog with us and they had treats for her and had little station's outside with doggy bags for when she needed to go. The rooms were very clean, kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was great. Even had a make your own waffle station. The fitness room was nice as well, even had a yogo mat, with thing to sanitize anything you use!"

"No meat or egg for breakfast!!!! Room was poor condition, Smelled! Clip scents on ac,fabreezed room! broken lamp,sticky floor,housekeeping doesn't mop! Cracked shower liner, base molding poor,unstuck. microwave was horrendous and old! Auto on by movement light woke me alot up,dumb! HALL DOOR KEPT US UP THE CLOSER WAS BROKE SO IT SLAMMED,THE MANAGER DIDN'T DISCOUNT MY STAY FOR ANY OF THIS!"

"The hotel is old with small old elevators. It took almost 10 minutes before we could get to the lobby to checkout during checkout time. The toliet was leaking. My room faced the freeway which was noisy. The headboard to one of beds had a head oil stain from the last guest. Ice machines are on the odd floors starting with the 3rd floor. No help with luggage."
