"I was in the Florence/Cincinnati area for an annual trip and chose Quality Inn & Suites quite frankly based on cost and with respect to the grade given by others and for the price and quality you can't beat it. I have nothing bad to say. I didn't want or need the pool but it looked to be out of service if that's a deal maker or breaker for someone. Great location with adequate parking. No complaints here"

"Super friendly and helpful front desk staff! Rooms were well appointed, spacious, and clean. Fitness center is great! It’s near UC so most of the dining options nearby are fast casual, but centrally located so a short drive to other areas downtown. "
"I had a wonderful time. The only thing was the parking was quite a hike. The security on the doors made me feel extra safe but not being able to access the building at the side entrance made the hike much more frustrating. "
"The only complaint I have is we came down from the casino to grab our bags at 1055 and we were already locked out the room. The checkout time is 1100. It was easy for her to reset it but that was annoying!!"
"Years ago I was pretty disappointed by a Red Roof Inn, but based on reviews & ratings on this one, it seemed worth trying. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm driving across the country, so just looking for a clean, comfortable room. Not worried about amenities. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom/shower were also clean. There is nothing fancy here, but for a clean room if you need it for a night, this worked quite well and was a bargain for the price."
"We got an upgrade because the room I booked (a King) wasn't available when we checked in. Our new room was like an apartment. Very spacious, plenty of places to sit, loved the sofa. The beds were comfortable and had enough pillows. Lots of towels and bars/hooks. I know that sounds crazy but I have stayed in places with no place to hang a towel. We spend a lot of time in the room on this trip and having that full sized kitchen was amazing. Loved being able to fill the fridge and eat off plates...

"You walk in and see a beautiful WATERFULL all LIT UP and GLOWING at night. RealLY beautiful elevated dining room. Linen smells so fresh and clean. Staff are absoluteLY WONDERFUL. I got them all some LYCHEE GELATIN snacks and they were ever so HAPPY. TruLY amazing location. RealLY CLEAN AND MAINTAINED. Very CONVENIENT. Shopping Mall is literalLY behind the hotel and JungleJims AMAZING HUGE INTERNATIONAL GROCERY STORE is 2 minutes aWAY. SeriousLY, GREAT JOB HOLIDAY INN ..!4! THANK YOU. BE A "REAL"...
