The hotel has an excellent location right across from the kitesurfing area. The room I stayed in was neither too bad nor too good; in particular, the bathroom could use a thorough cleaning or renovation. One of the biggest problems is the noise from music and people, which can be heard until midnight from your room. However, keep in mind that this is part of the hotel’s concept, so you should be aware of it beforehand. Most of the staff were friendly and warm, although a few were less welcoming; they just seemed to be going through the motions when you approached them or asked questions. The hotel’s restaurant offers delicious lunch and dinner options, with several dishes to choose from, most of which were quite good. Unfortunately, breakfast was a different story—terrible, in fact. The breakfast service usually starts at 8 am, but I rarely saw it actually begin at that time during my stay. Still, the lunch and dinner options make up for it, and they are some of the best in the region. Overall, for shorter stays, I recommend this hotel for those planning to go kitesurfing in Urla.
