"We had an amazing stay in this hotel which for me has the best location and view right on the lake. We have been travelling up and down the country for 2 weeks and spending a day resting in the beautiful garden overlooking the lake surrounded by cute alpacas and cuys ( guinea pigs ) was a beautiful way to recharge . The staff was very friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and cooked food and dinner and drinks were also very tasty. I wish I spent more than 2 days there and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Puno. Thank you to all the staff!"

"Rooms were clean, and some of the better bathrooms that we've found in Peru hotels. The onsite restaurant was good, but my wife did get food poisoning (the other 3 of us did not). The location is a bit out in the middle of nowhere with no shops, restaurants, or other hotels nearby."

"Uros lake will be more beautiful that it is, if the community takes care of the lake. Under the houses/cabin, and in the water you could see garbages, many plastic bottles or plastic bags. Unfortunately the main care of the community is get money (to feed their family and improve the schools and communityaround there but they are not doing that). They know that for the tourists is going to pay for the tours and what ever souvenirs thay are selling, and thy are getting more expensive. The cabin where we were clean but we always had to struggle with the cold, the heater that they use on each cabin is not enough for 10 hours. During the early, morning, around 6 pm and night gets colder. We did not have a door in the shower so we have to request extra towel to keep the floor dry. They don't give you extra shampoos or clean towels if you requeste it. Our place has a nice view but from the back it will be nice if they remove garbages. The food always get cold when they bring it."

"We loved our experience! The family that runs the property is so kind and so helpful. The meals they prepared were wonderful. The views from the rooms were great and even though it got cold at night, the beds had plenty of blankets and there was a portable gas heater in the room so we slept very comfortably. If you want a true Lake Titikaka experience, I highly recommend this resort/lodging experience."

"We had originally booked for one night but the place was so stunning that we stayed for two. It truly is beautiful and you can watch the sunset over the lake. The staff were also very good at accomodating our children for lunch and dinner as the can be fussy! Included is also a tour of the Islands and our guide answered so many of our questions. The only reason why I have not given 5 stars is because there was no hot water in our room. It would also have been nice at dinner to have been offered some drinks. We brought our own water from the room in the end"
