As expected great welcome we were quite early but sorted out so we could check straight in lovely room and a great meal at Restaurant all excellent value for money would recommend and definitely stay again

We had a short one night stay, but it was great. Room was spacious and clean. At first we didn’t realize that the free continental breakfast was only Monday through Friday so we had to eat breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The food was excellent and affordable.

Vernon casino is the perfect venue for a short weekend trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Place was really quiet and clean. Casino was cool- a lot if drinks and live music. The parking very convenient and the area around the property is beautiful.

In general the entire staff displayed a dismissive attitude when dealing with guests. You could tell that this was just a paycheck for them and they were just working until their shift was done. On our next visit to the area we will stay at the Turning Stone casino. We were extremely disappointed with our stay.

Upon check-in perhaps alert people where the continental breakfast is served, and that reservations are best when going to dinner in the hotel at Mr. G's. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

We were seated for dinner at the Miracle Mile restaurant and sat for about :15 with no wait staff taking our drink order or even saying hi, so we went to the one in the hotel and it was great.
