Week long business trip to Utsunomiya

Overall great stay here, plenty of amenities for the business traveler. Location to Train Station is very good and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were all very helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent!

Richmond Hotel is located within a short walking distance from the Utsunomiya Station. The room size is generous and the staffs are very helpful. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. The breakfast is good and delicious. I recommend Richmond Hotel when you are in Utsunomiya!

The hotel is very close to the station and many dining options available nearby. Over the years I have stayed here many times, and the rooms are a decent size. The room I booked was very functional, but could be seen as dated, as there are no direct USB ports, but if you are travelling, you have your owm anyways. The staff was also very helpful. I had to borrow an iron and board, and they were able to hold our baggage after check out.

The staff were very flexible and helpful on my frequent reservation changes during my 3 week stay in Japan. Breakfast selection for both Japanese and western style were awesome. Lots of selection for restaurants and izakayas around and supet close to the Utsunomiya Station. I will come back on the next business trip! Thank you!

Nice hotel with lovely staff - decor was a bit dated but that was part of the charm. We loved the freebies trolley with tea, coffee, toothbrushes etc. I have allergies and it would have been nice to have the option of a non feather duvet and pillows, instead I got a blanket in a duvet cover and tiny square cushions which weren't as comfortable.

夜22時前に着き、小腹が空いたところで、無料の鯛茶漬けの提供があり、嬉しかった。量もちょうど良く、消化も良く、スタッフもギリギリにも関わらず笑顔で対応いただきました。 少し年代を感じますが、部屋も広かったです。
