"The floor room was dirty like if you walke in the room without shoes your feet get super eeooo(dirty) the bed clothes smelled like it’s was not clean. After that front desk guys were so nice and everyone around, at the pool the lifeguard were very focus on the people in the pool. I love the location because you have a big extra things to do when the pool closed."

"We stayed on the first floor not facing the highway so it was very quiet. Room was clean,and roomy. The bed was hard. The water pressure was excellent. Free breakfast was ok. Not really our thing, but it was offered. We were happy with our stay."

"Contrary to our previous stays, this time the room was not clean. There was old oatmeal in the ceiling, bugs like ants and ladybugs on the walls and ceilings, that were dead and just hanging out. And the room was dusty, as soon as I walked in my allergies kicked in."

"You get what you pay for. The rooms are definitely clean the area is definitely safe and the Price is beyond reasonable. With that said the front desk is horrible the woman that was working on the day I stayed was a very monotone had no personality and definitely had no customer service appeal. She did not care for anything but stating the rules. I travel very often and I am not particularly picky in a crunch, as long as you give me a clean safe area.. I'm okay with a basic hotel; but customer service is important!!! This front desk clerk had zero and I mean zero customer service, it made it so distasteful almost sick to my stomach to stay there after dealing with her. Its not asking much to pretend to be good at your job."

"I spoke with a person name Joseph on from desk and when I asked he's name again he gave me a total different name just for asking a question and he was real rude on customer service. Guys like him need to be out the people service because he don't know how to talked to people. "

"This was the worst hotel we have stayed at in a long time. It was the only one available for the dates we needed. I took a chance, shame on me. Our first room was dirty with stained sheets- looked used. The second room at least had a clean bed. We bought our own supplies and cleaned up the room the best we could. I would have left but the room was non refundable and we had no other place to stay. The bathroom was dirty, the floor turned the washcloth brown, nothing was dusted, or vacuumed. Peeling paint and photos falling out of their frames. The entrance doors and all the glass looked as it was cleaned with a dirty towel. We didnt even try the breakfast as I was nervous. Would not recommend, will never stay here gain. This needs a manager that has standards and a major overhaul and CLEANING!"
