"Great hotel. Just get up in the morning and walk into the airport. No messing with taxis"

"Nice enough stay, needed something close to the airport with breakfast and shuttle service. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Con: shuttle service was more expensive per person during certain hours which seemed annoying. The dining area for dinner / breakfast is oddly laid out and they allowed a dog in there while we were eating that kept coming near us. I love dogs but not in spaces where food is fed & my boyfriend is allergic. I guess Italy doesn't have the same standard of sanitation...

"The employees were very helpful and the room was larger than an airport hotel usually is. There is an outdoor sitting area under canopies and drinks and pizza may be ordered at the bar. There is a convenient shuttle van from the airport as well. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent and very quiet."

"We stayed here 1 night prior to our flight at MXP. To get to the hotel, we took the free airport parking shuttle 2 stops and walked about 10 minutes to reach the hotel. The path is not pedestrian friendly, but is passable. Once we arrived we were greeted and given our key. The room was fine. Clean, cool, comfortable and it seemed it was recently updated. The shower was very high and somewhat slippery, but we made it work. The bar and restaurant were excellent as there were not many options...

"The property had bugs and spider webs all over the place. I ended up sleeeping with my daughter because I was afraid of sleeping in the queen bed since there were bugs on the wall. Upon arrival we saw a note on the door that said they had a bug problem. However, that was not mentioned when I booked the room. My daughter and I are very afraid of them. She cried when she saw them. The owner was nice to remove some of the spider webs. But the bugs was the bigger issue for us. I wasn’t very...

"This hotel had clean room, helpful staff. They served breakfast and had a bar but I never got a chance to take advantage of either but they looked ample. Best part is the shuttle to the airport, which was easy to hop on the Milano City Center bus for only 10 Euros one way. Very convenient and made frequent trips every day. Will stay here again."

"The hotel accommodations are fine, however they need to communicate better with their customers. I did not have phone service to call the hotel shuttle for a pickup from the airport. I was given the hotel’s email address to request shuttle service. They never replied to my email. We ended up taking a taxi to the hotel for 50 euro. When we checked in, we were not told that we needed a reservation to have the breakfast buffet the next morning. The manager was kind enough to serve us a coffee...
