"*Avoid this property. Very cramped single room, the bathroom smelled mouldy and there was mice in the kitchen area. It was really bad. The bed was already broken on the first night we arrived, they sent out someone to weld it the next day but it broke again immediately. Much of the furniture, railing felt like it was falling apart. The garden area was really beautiful but the room was a nightmare."

"I booked this hotel so that we would have air conditioning during the hottest week in history in Paris. I paid a premium for the 4 star designation so that it included air conditioning. I called and confirmed at check in that the room we were getting had air conditioning. Well you know what happened...No air conditioning. We had to call each day and were made promises that it would be fixed and it never was fixed. We had over 9 communications with staff and maintenance, but they never fixed it....

Which of no use cause we paid for AC ROOM. Beware of bugs too."
