"First time staying at Elysee. The hotel was very clean; staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms gave us everything we needed for our Disney trip (we had premium quadruple room for 2 adults and 2 children 2yo and 6yo; with connecting room to grandparents.) Free bus picks up directly outside the front door which we used everyday to get to the parks. There was a long period between 11:45-17:45 with no collection from the parks, local taxi cost €20 instead. Cleaning staff were brilliant,...

"After reading some negative reviews prior to booking we were nervous but I am pleased to say the hotel exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean, the staff were helpful and we had a pleasant stay and would definitely book here again. Also its just a 15 minute walk to Disney Village and the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service along with a paid bus service which stops right outside the hotel and costs €2.50 per person should you miss the shuttle bus and Ubers are also readily available at...

"Most staff were very welcoming and attentive. From start to finish a great experience Deborah was wonderful at check in, and Luca and the luggage staff were exceptional. Breakfast was fantastic and the servers were welcoming and on point. The servers at the afternoon tea told us that we might ask for as much as we would like but then did not make themselves available for us to make such requests. Suggestion: perhaps provide two trays at a time as we were four guests, and encourage the server...
