"The room was not as nice as the photos. The bed linen was torn, the terrace door was broken so the room was not secure and despite raising this it was never fixed.
The pool was not heated as described, there was no access to the sauna.
Breakfast was mediocre, but lady who worked there was friendly"

"After two previous visits, it was sadly a disappointing stay at La Reserve. It is clear the hotel’s standards have slipped since our first visit in 2024. Our bedroom had scuffed walls, broken picture frames, stains on bedsheets. It is just not the luxury experience we had two years ago.
