"The property is not as presented. The house I stayed in was utilitarian at best. There were no amenities and the pool is off property. That being said, there was hot water and the bed was comfortable. When I checked in the host said “It’s not the Sheraton” and I agree. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it. "

"It is a very beautiful fazenda and a great region. Close to Olhao and Tavira and the beaches. The house and the rooms are beautifully furnished and have all the things one needs to be comfortable. The service is not there yet (or not anymore as it changed the owner). The breakfast is quit poor and has no variety and there is extra charge for the eggs, pancakes and so on. "Initially I had mixed feelings as room is really small BUT for short stay is perfect- clean, towels changed daily, very friendly and helpful stuff ( even after check out, we were able to leave luggage till our train in the afternoon. Overall, really good experience! "
