During my stay, I had to struggle obtaining free internet - initially hotel refused; likewise there was one complementary plastic bottle of water for three days - a disgrace. Any professionally managed hotel provides at least 2 bottles of water PER DAY. My first and last stay in this 'hotel' - complete lack of adequate service"
