Staff are genuinely kind and on top of things. We had a tiny issue with our first room and they moved us to a better one in like five minutes, no drama. The little kitchen is so cute and actually well-thought-out—makes staying here feel way more comfortable than your average hotel. Loved it. Would stay again in a heartbeat."
