"The reception staff were great. We were able to leave our bags before the check in opened at 4pm with the neighbouring building reception. The room had everything you need to self cater. Although a little way from the centre it was a lovely walk along the river and public transport was excellent to the property."

"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained.
I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. When we arrived, it was apparent there was an organised camp of maybe 100 teenagers including a stage, amplifiers, loud music and cheering etc. While this caused us no distress during the daytime,...

Está en la dirección pero detrás del edificio, no se puede acceder en coche
Si vas en silla de ruedas o maletas hay una rampa de 50m para poder llegar, o unos 60 escalones.
El aire acondicionado gotea con lo que acaba mojando el sofa-cama, cuidado!
