"We booked that place for one night. After a while the host wrote to us not to come and that there were no room available. Under such circumstances I asked the host to cancel my reservation in order I could book another place. But the host refused to do that! "Upon checking in we were greeted with a smile very personable host. They upgraded our room free of charge, and it was the loveliest room ever, Clean, organized and simply charming. We additionally received a complimentary drink and appetizer in their balcony overlooking the valley simply charming. All their vegetables are certified organic which was a nice surprise. Dinner was also on the terrace/balcony with superb service and amazing food. we will definitely stay at Zi Ntonio again! 100% on service and quality! "
