"Hayley at check in was super nice, our room was ready before check-in time. Hotel was beautiful in general. However, our room was very warm. We were able to open a window which helped. The breakfast was not great, sausage overcooked, powdered scrambled eggs were not good, out of coffee."

"We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The...

"Pool shut down. Did not see any notice in listing that there was a resort charge. Lots of nickel and diming with this property. Parking fee was outrageous at nearly $100 for a two night stay. Beware of all the huge add in fees"

"Booked this hotel because it advertised that breakfast was included. When we walked down on our first morning, we found out that it was NOT included. But the staff was extremely nice, room was clean and the shuttle drop off/pick up was great! Also, be aware that there is a charge to valet/park your vehicle per night."

"The rooms were very clean. We loved the fireplace and access to the trails nearby. The location is amazing because you can be near anything you need within 3-5 minutes. I really liked how they had extra garage bags, cleaning supplies for dishes and an onsite washer/dryer. We visited from Tennessee and loved having the humidifiers in every bedroom.
