"I recently stayed at this guest house and had a wonderful experience overall. One minor challenge was that the key to the front gate was a little tricky to use at first, but it quickly became manageable. A major plus was the location — there’s a bus stop less than 50 feet away, making it extremely convenient for getting around. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a cozy, well-located place to stay."

"Wasn't easy to gain access as I had to contact the owner directly. Was told I would receive access instructions on the day but I had already landed in Rome and was waiting to find out how to gain access before this information was shared. The apartment itself was pleasant, although the wifi was not very good. Ended up mostly using my own data."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the historic center of Tivoli with Regina B&B. Filipo was a great host and took good care of us. The accommodations are rustic but updated nicely. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop overlooking the square. It's nicely decorated and has a nice sun shield to mitigate the bright sun and offer shade.
