Khách sạn gần Trung tâm quần vợt Van Der Meer tại Hilton Head

"I tried the King Loft room. Don't use this unless you like climbing stairs, or have somebody sleeping on the sofa. Upstairs has the bed and the bath, but no closet space. Room itself was clean and comfortable. Lots of hot water! I'd like to see them have a Keurig unit so I could bring my own coffee. Have to mention the breakfast. They had it out early, before 6am, and everything was hot and tasty. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Had an issue with the A/C and...

"The bedrooms were spacious and well designed. There were 5 of us and we did not feel crowded. The breakfast had good options"

"Pool bar staff were amazing, especially Deja who was there our entire stay. The young guy who worked the beach shack was extremely friendly also..just dont remember his name. Marketplace was underwhelming..so much empty space that could be utilized with more retail items, grab n go food items, etc. Overall enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back."

"Way better than the Hilton, stayed here for the second time after trying the Hilton thinking it was better and boy the sonesta is wayyy better, epically the cleanness and the staff"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We had a lovely view of the ocean, and the pool was very nice. Every employee we came into contact with was very friendly and welcoming. Location is great. The only negative was that we couldn't connect to our apps on the tv despite it being a smart tv."

"Nice!! Location great, easy instructions on entry access, nice side view of the ocean from the balcony, the host Meagan was so very nice and accommodating, very close to restaurants and stores, would love to stay here again, Thanks a million!!!! ;)"

"I was disappointed with the customer service was received at this hotel. The receptionist Stacy, was rude and unprofessional when we checked in. She told me she couldn’t find my reservation, and I had to show her my booking itinerary to prove that I had a reservation. The situation could have been handled more politely and professionally, As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when there is an issue with a reservation. We lost our keys too and we asked her if...

"Annoying sound, like a click on the TV furniture, every 2 or 3 seconds, everything else is perfect."

"Third time staying here for work travel. Great location and experience each and every tim"

"The light in the room had a bulb but didn't work. Went to the lobby to get morning coffee in the lobby since it isn't provided in the room, however, clerk said their coffee pot was broken."

"Everything is top drawer"

"Clean room and breakfast was great!"
