"This visit was before going on a cruise. The Door staff did an amazing job taking care of our luggage and getting it to the cruise so we didnt have to worry about it at all. Front desk staff was great when we were finally served. There was several staff doing other things but only one helping customers. Our room had a beautiful view but not very good seating to enjoy it. There was a big desk in our room that looked like it was just put there as storage. It had charging station but was not plugged in, there was a lamp next to in not plugged in and both would not reach the plug. Would have been much nicer to have a small couch or extra chair. The room also smelled of smoke. Bed and pillows comfortable. For the price range I did expect a little more."

"The staff were so kind and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to many great locations, including the beautiful waterfront, Gastown, and a short bus ride or drive to Stanley Park. Highly reccommend! Delicious food available at the restaurant, too. "
