"Rooms were dated and dark which gives the impression of dinginess. Plus were lose, counters in the bathroom were dark colored so it felt cramped and dark, even with the lights on. The water bottles were a nice touch but were not clean (having said that, we didn’t need them.. had we needed them, we would have just requested clean ones.. I’m sure they would have been happy to provide them). The a/c was not great, in either of the rooms we had. We didn’t even really need it cooler, we just needed...

"Absolutely loved this property for the location and ease of access to downtown via the sea bus as well as walking distance to so many amazing little shops and restaurants. Used the pool, hot tub and eucalyptus infused steam room. The hotel room was very clean and the staff throughout were friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this property! "
