Great staff and service wanted to tip the room service lady who used to clean my suite everyday but she declined politely and said "Sir we are paid very well hereand you are our guests and we do not take money from our guests "

The kitchen is a plus. Although they only have the basic utensils, we made simple meals. Milk, juice, coffee, tea, muffins and fruits are also available in the lobby every morning.

After parking on the P2 level, there were two doors leading to the elevator. However, there was no sign indicating which door led to the elevator, so I entered the door on the right. Unfortunately, that door led to a stairway, and when I tried to exit, I found the door was locked, and I couldn't get out. I ended up having to ask a passing customer for help by knocking on the glass. This experience was very inconvenient, and it also raised safety concerns. If the door leads to a stairway, there should have been a clear sign indicating "Stairs," but there was none, which added to the confusion.

It was very dirty in our room. Bedding was dirty. We stripped the bed and used our own. We also had no bedding for the pullout couch which was gross too and the mattress was awful. We had 3 adults and the stay was not the greatest.

The staff is professional, they go beyond their duty to ensure you are taken care of and you feel welcomed The rooms are spacious and clean. They quickly respond should you need extra linen. Would definitely stay there again. Have enjoyed both stays in June and July.
