Liseberg Grand Curiosa Hotel
Room was good. Bad breakfast was very crowded and the service at the reception was unfriendly and rude.

Clarion Hotel Draken
Staff are really polite and welcoming. Rooms are compact and weren’t properly cleaned during stay eg used tea bags left and not cleared. Breakfast is excellent although very crowded. Good location and lovely restaurant and bar within hotel. Quite expensive and probably better value in other hotels ...

First impressions - matters. After checking in online, I got a message my room was ready. I tried to check in at 14:40 - to be told that they charge me £20 to release the room before 16:00 hrs (not mentioned in the ’room ready’ message.
