"The idea of this property is much better than the experience. Upon arrival there was no parking. We booked due to the pool, and when we got there it was not operational. It was very small and a bit gross looking. The room is small and while that was not a problem the lack of AC all night was. Opening the windows was necessary for some air flow. and then all the noise from the outdoor DJ and loud board walk was basically in the room. "What a stay!! We travel Europe and USA extensively. I have to say this was the most comfortable stay we have ever experienced. The Lobby was comfortable and the staff welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable. The view from the room was second to none. The restaurant staff was first class. I could go on and on but you get the idea. We really hated to leave.
The hotel management and staff should be very proud of themselves."
