Nice building, good area. That’s it. A massively overpriced hotel with no amenities whatsoever! We had to ask several times for an iron. The mini bar has nothing other than a few soft drinks. The bar was closed and most disappointingly, the rooftop pool and bar was closed. We arrived in early May, the weather was 32 degrees celcius. A big draw of booking this place was the pool to cool off, they say it’s ‘seasonal’ but make no mention of it being closed until you check in. Very disappointing and quite frankly an out of date, corporate and greedy approach to hospitality and looking after your guests in general. Shop around and stay somewhere a bit more boutique, with more amenities if that’s what you want. This was the most expensive room I’ve ever stayed in. Not really a hotel.
