Classy Hotel and yummy restaurant
"We are familiar with the property as a restaurant. Decided to stay an evening. Beautiful grounds and comfortable rooms. The only surprise was a fee for the water. Rooms are not cheap and hotel and property are classy. So why not free water ?"

Fantastic stay
"Lovely hotel right in the heart of the beautiful town of Hersbruck. We stayed one night with our dog and felt really welcome. The dog bowl and treats in our room was a lovely touch we've not seen in other chain hotels. Loads of options for eating out nearby. A great place to stay :)"
