I was looking forward to the on-site massage service, but it did not meet expectations especially for the price and duration of the massage. The gym facilities were also quite dimly lit, with lighting that made it difficult to exercise comfortably. "This hotel was nice and the rooms were large. What we didn’t like was the automatic tipping. When we were checking in they added a suggested tip of 12.5% for the receptionist and other staff and said it was not mandatory but almost felt like they wanted to guilt you into tipping. Other then that food was great and I would stay here again."

"Modern hotel conveniently located where I needed to be. Expensive considering no fridge, kettle or other amenities in the room, gym or pool. 20€ added breakfast seems like a lot. Worst of all was the noise of some construction - drilling sound happening in the morning when trying to sleep. My devices also weren't charging in my room on the ground floor.
