"Spent a great five days at Hotel Ai Cavalieri. As a wheelchair user I was able to access all of the hotel and, when more space was required, staff happily moved a table or luggage rack. A special mention needs to be given to Sam, a wealth of knowledge and so helpful; and Alex and Owen who supported us to get to the airport when a river taxi could not take us - both of whom are considerate and supportive. "Beautifully decorated hotel in the perfect location along the Grand Canal right near the Rialto Bridge. Streets were busy, but our room was very quiet, clean and comfortable - especially our mattress which was great for my bad back. The breakfast was very delicious with many gluten-free options like omelettes, pancakes and waffles for my celiac husband. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!"
