"Clean room and friendly staff"

"Toilet wouldn’t flush 50% of the time. Back door didn’t unlock when you tried to open with key and we were told we just weren’t pulling hard enough, which was not true whatsoever."

" Staff friendly if you initiated conversation. Room was acceptably clean but the floors could use a dusting under furniture and bed, had clean linens and bathroom. Not sure what the $100 deposit on check in was for since there is no kitchenware not even a fork in the room. Nice laundry room though I wasn't there long enough to use it. Would probably stay here again if usual accommodations weren't available. "

"The location was good right off the freeway. I appreciate the quiet ac unit. The renovations are needed but the use of cheap materials is not effective. The toilet kept getting clogged ( I had to get it plunged every day). The hooks in the bathroom were too cheap. no towel bars. The closet sliding door did not work. You need to use a stain remover for couch and chairs. Invest in a steam cleaner for carpets . The staff was great very very helpful. The hospitality of the staff was a major plus!!! From"

"If i could rate the staff better than excellent i would, they were all amazing. The room was nice and breakfast was always amazing. My only complaint would be the pool. It was cloudy (which most associate with dirty) and the area was in need of some upkeep (rust stained areas where the humidity sweat, peeling paint, dying/overgrown plants). I did like they had plenty of towels and floaties so thoughtfulness was prevalent. We had a wonderful stay and would again, mainly for the staff!"
