"The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. Check-in was slow but it appeared to be complicated software. The room and bathroom were clean. Third floor elevator request button would not light so I could never be sure the elevator was coming. The bed was comfortable but I really wish hotels would provide a few pillows with volume as opposed to puffy pillows that flatten as soon as they are put to use."

"I enjoyed my stay however I think the property needs to take a look at the mold in the shower. We were able to wipe it off of the ceiling in the shower however the bottom of the shower door was very disgusting. The staff can only do so much. Management needs to do a cleaning of this area. This is something I can’t expect the housekeeper to handle. Overall the hospitality made the issue not so huge! However Fix It!!!!"

"Listen, this was the best hotel I have stayed in recently (and I've stayed in several from California to New York). My husband and I were visiting for one night. Antais checked us in. He is the perfect person for this job. He was professional and personable with such a refreshing attitude and genuine smile. Our room was clean and very comfortable & quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. The entire setup was absolutely terrific as were the employees. When trying to open our door for the first time after checking in, it didn't take right away. A house keeper standing nearby asked "Ya got it?" and once we did, she just smiled and wished us a good evening ~ so kind. When getting a second cup of coffee at breakfast, the employee stated a fresh batch was brewing and it'll be out in 4 minutes which was perfect. Upon checking out, the lady was so kind and professional. We truly felt welcomed and so comfortable during our stay. We will be back, there's no doubt about it! Thank you for renewing my faith in the service industry with people who exemplify quality, character, and kindness. Kudos to all!! You made our weekend super special."
