"Clean, basic room, comfortable enough. No useful amenities (no fridge, tea-making, or welcoming bottle of water). We asked for an underground parking space 5 weeks ahead, but no space when we arrived. Helpful receptionist indicated reasonably convenient expensive local open parking though. Well-located for what Valence has to offer - which isn't much! Good eateries though. Limited EV charging and confusing one-way system - we ended up in a bus lane."

Il est très bien décoré, confortable et équipé de tout ce dont on a besoin. Nous étions 3 personnes et nous nous y sommes sentis très à l’aise. "The toilet has inadequate space for adults in the lower floor levels. We were re-assigned to a top-floor apartment that did have adequate toilet space, although because the city was under a heat wave, the room was several degrees hotter than the lower levels. The hotel is not air-conditioned, which under normal circumstances would not be an issue, but even with the fan supplied, the room was about 30 C"
