Une literie exceptionnelle, une chambre parfaitement nettoyée tous les matins, un service sans faute et aux petits oignons, et sans oublier un petit déjeuner exceptionnel. "The hotel was great except we were given a room with a the view that we had paid for. At the checkout, when asked, we were told that we should have asked at the checkout in, which makes no sense. The top floors are not blocked by the shorter buildings across. The elevator buttons were also flaky. They light up after the card scanned, and then they would go off. That happened half of the time. Otherwise, a great hotel in a great location and we had a great time."

"Great experience! English-speaking staff made it so easy. Location is in a very safe area. Breakfast buffet was incredible and we were so glad they had protein (eggs, bacon, and yogurts)--which was not available in other Brazilian hotels we stayed at, as carbs/cake are often served for breakfast.
