"Room was clean, hotel was quiet. We didn't receive the adventure passport card that we were charged $ 10 for, it was supposed to be included to get discounts on areas attractions. Careful with the starbucks in the lobby, every thing was almost 2x the price of a normal starbys. Our key card didn't work at the reef beach club. Overall room was find."

"Never, ever book this hotel. This place is run down. Looks nothing like the pitchers. There were homeless people sleeping outside the room as well as junkies and cars on senda blocks in pieces. I was told I could cancel it if I didn't like it, said the purse behind the counter. And when I did, they proceeded to charge my card for both rooms had to argue on the phone for 3 days to wait five days for a refund.Never ever booked this hotel"

"The curb appeal and enter ace made us want to turn around and walk away. It was not like any other Holiday Inn Express we’ve stayed at. We felt like we were in an unsafe area and did not even want to check in. The staff explained the building was being renovated so we stayed. Our room was completely renovated and clean."
