"It's pretty much what you would expect for a $54 a night motel. The bathroom was cruddy and gross. There were random hairs everywhere. There were stains on the comforter. And the room smelled really weird. The nicest part of the entire place was the pool but it wasn't open, which was incredibly disappointing since it was almost a hundred degrees outside."

"Keycard machine was broken when we arrived. Staff was pretty incompetent. We were told that there would be bedding for the pull out bed in the room, but there was none. When we called the front desk to inquire about it, we were not given clear answers on how to get extra bedding. The bedding that we got did not fit the bed. Breakfast item selection was poor and they kept running out of items. Many warm items were undercooked. Waffle batter was way too liquid and you could not make waffles with it. Coffee had dark debris in it. We’ve stayed at this place many times before, and although it was not exactly a stellar establishment, it was adequate for our traveling needs. This time it was different. We’ll never stay there again."

"First time staying in Americus. Was greeted cordially and check in was quick. Room was clean, breakfast was good, and although I'm not a Peleton user, there was a bike in the Fitness Center. Will stay here again."

"This property was shabby and rundown! We decided to not stay as there were sketchy people hanging around outside and the building looked horrible!! We would like a refund even though the property would not issue us one. We use your app for all of our travels and feel that it’s only fair to issue refunds for shoddy hotels. Please consider this for us. We were told they had bed bugs as well."

"Had a really good experience. Upon check-in, staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great! The only thing that I would change about the stay is for the breakfast window to be later than 9am on the weekends. Over-all, I couldn't be more pleased with my stay."

"Beautiful hotel! Very clean all around. Bed was comfortable. Pillows could be better ( fluffy then flat pancake when you lay on them). Great breakfast option and water station on every floor. Staff was very friendly and polite. Totally recommend this facility."

"Used to visit this property years ago quite often. Hasn’t been updated at all since I’ve last been approx 6 years ago. The same old TVs, old Phones, Cheap + old iron/ironboards. I understand that the hotel is an old hotel but there’s no reason in 2026 to have such poor Televisions (no Netflix YouTube Amazon. Smart features) and such poor irons. Genuinely probably a 5$ iron that hasn’t been updated since the 1990s… I would know lol"
