"Parking was ok and room was clean, but the odor of cigarette smoke was also in the room. We preferred to stay up all night and only shower as opposed to sleeping in the bed because my allergies were having a hard time with the amount of cigarette smoke seeping into the room. "

"I rarely write negative reviews, but this stay was bad enough to warrant a warning. From arrival, the property felt disorganized and poorly maintained. Parking is confusing, signage is unclear, and getting from the garage to the hotel is inconvenient. We also had to pay $25 a day just to self-park our own car, which added to the frustration. Inside, the smell was immediately noticeable—a constant mix of heavy cigarette smoke and what strongly resembled sewage or plumbing issues throughout hallways and elevators. It made the property unpleasant to be in. Check-in was unwelcoming and unhelpful, and the room we received as an “upgrade” was dated, worn, and not well maintained. Cleanliness was questionable, and the air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable throughout the stay. The towels had a sour, unwashed odor that made them feel unhygienic, which was extremely concerning for a hotel of this price point. The layout is confusing and exhausting to navigate, and although it’s on the Strip, it feels isolated and inconvenient. Staff also gave conflicting information about basic issues like parking and checkout, adding to the frustration. We left early because staying longer was uncomfortable. There are significantly better options in Las Vegas."

"Initially we couldn’t find our room, the layout was kind of confusing but staff helped us so that was nice. We did however, having issues with drilling and hammering EXTREMELY early in the morning. Kept us up or woke us up super early…I did ask for a room change which the staff was extremely helpful with. (They didn’t apologize for it but still changed the room so) Parking was great. Sports book/bar great! Could see our group coming back again. Also a decent spot on the strip so was easy to get around that way."

"It was fine. Clean rooms. I paid extra for a room with queen beds so we can all sleep comfortably and they gave me a room with full beds. I tried to message them and they said it was Queen but it obviously was full and then they never messaged back. They don’t give you much direction or information. I had to figure out WiFi access and amenities myself."
