"Very friendly, very helpful. When our driver couldn't make it to the Casa to take us to Santa Marta airport for our flight to Bogota, Marisela took us both in our car and drove the hour and 15 minutes to drop us off at the airport.
Even though we don't speak much Spanish at all, her entire staff took the effort to communicate with us in English throughout our stay.
The location is fantastic and you have the choice of tenting on the beach to common dorm type accomodation to a couple of rooms...
"Pros: Great location in the center. Decent sized room. Staff is nice. Great price for what it is. Cons: Bathroom shower door should be replaced (old, hard to move), only one hangar in the closet, can only buy drinks with cash and not card or contactless. "
