Hotel Plaza Mayor
Check in process was a headache . The front desk ladies weren’t helpful or cared to find a solution. Upon booking they advised we needed my son birth certificate but no where in the booking was that advised . Good thing we did have it . The hotel is great ! In a good area. I would recommend better ...
