"The restaurant the room was attached to was good but it seemed like the owner as an afterthought decided to let out rooms. My room was small and shabby. The bathroom was just as tiny. The old satin machine-quilted bedcover had seen better days and its underside had rust stains. The mattress was old and somewhat lumpy. It wouldn’t take much to update the room - a new bed and new sheets and coverlet would work wonders. Staff did their best to be accommodating. The main advantage of this place is...

"Lo primero lo positivo: llegué un poco antes de lo previsto y me hicieron un check.in adelantado, y cuando te mueves por trabajo eso se aprecia. Pero hay que tener en cuenta que NO es un hotel, es un B&B, y como tal no tienen una mesa donde poder trabajar si la necesitas. Por ultimo, el desayuno (continental…) resulta muy muy muy escaso por lo que cobran. Eso sí… las tax turistas se pagan obligatoriamente en metálico."

"This beautiful property set in the Umbrian countryside is the ideal base for exploring the gorgeous hill towns of Umbria. The rooms are large and elegant with balconies overlooking the pool and gardens with beautiful trees in the foreground and villages and churches beyond. The restaurant serves marvelous food and has a great wine list. We had four superb days here and highly recommend it to everyone. "

Tutto perfetto, proprietaria gentilissima, pulizia ottima, colazione abbondante con buoni dolci casalinghi e location immersa nel verde a due passi dalla bellissima Spello !!! Consigliatissima x rilassarsi e rigenerarsi....speriamo di riuscire a tornare in moto x trascorrere qualche giorno in tranquillità nella splendida Umbria !!!"
