We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. I tried calling multiple times as we sat in the airport car park with our young baby in a panic we had nowhere to stay and nobody would pick up the phone saying they couldn't access calls. So we had to find a new place to stay at 9pm whilst sat in the airport car park. The whole thing was extremely unprofessional and at points when I was trying to speak to them it felt like a scam.
