"Everything and everyone, particularly the check in staff and luggage gentlemen, were fantastic. The minor issue we had was the door sensor was intermittent. Breakfast was wonderful, the room was very comfortable, and the location was ideal having concluded our Mediterranean Cruise. Thank you."

"We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. I tried calling multiple times as we sat in the airport car park with our young baby...
