"Fine if you're only staying a few nights. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was ok. Wasn't the cleanest hotel but wasn't particularly dirty either. Breakfast was not good other than the waffles. Guess it's what you would expect from a Hampton Inn."

"Staff who worked for the hotel were friendly. I loved that there was a personalized greeting on the tv in our room. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Prices for dining were what I expected (expensive but not insane). The pool was COLD and the hot tub was HOT. Parking was free despite expedia noting that there was a daily fee. Hotel was convenient to all the attractions we went to-Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Disney, Universal. I would stay here again."

"They charge for parking even though they have a full parking lot for parking. This is not a resort and the charge was never mentioned on the reservation."

"The hotel room was very spacious and clean. Loved the 3 tv's. Never heard a peep from the other rooms. Staff were wonderful, everyone was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok but no sausage or bacon. We did make use of the shuttle to the parks but feel they dont run often enough. We would stay here again because as a whole its a great hotel. Clean, spacious, quiet and near the parks"

"Dirty, room smelled like smoke… No blanket only a sheet on the bed was terrified to lie on the bed. People were hanging around outside in the middle of the night, like they were selling drugs and blaring music all night. There was no juices for breakfast, the machine said they had fruit juice and orange juice. It was all water, only mini muffins and a mini waffle machine. I wasn’t eating the food or making a waffle there! The place looked like it was under construction. It was filthy inside and...
