"Clean rooms staff was friendly"

"No . No. No. Don't go here.. not sure how this dump can be listed as a good place. Front desk staff aggressive and not polite when askling for help.. breakfast was horrible and dirty I'm in a wheelchair and was waiting in line for food and the hot food pans were empty and it took over an half hour to be refilled by the time I got back in the new formed line of people it was scrap's of food left... I never felt so mistreated and looked down at by the workers .. I went to the desk and Said I...

Made it there with my wife tired after a long drive ready to lay down just to find out that the property had cancelled my reservation stating they were overbooked and simply waiting for me to arrive to let me know instead of calling me in advance to alert me. Now I have hundreds of dollars hung up because of this and I’m being told that it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and back to me. Not to mention I had to obtain a hotel at another location so...

"We reserved a two Queen Bed Room through Expedia. However, when we got to the hotel, in our third floor room with our heavy luggage....it was one King bed. Too tired and sleepy to go back downstairs to make a fuss. Next day, when I queried the desk gal, she said the issue was "not on them". I would need to contact my third party scheduler, Expedia. Needless to say, they would not take responsibility for putting us in the wrong room. They said EXPEDIA was at fault, since they said King Bed...
