"The pictures of the property did not communicate clearly the location and condition of the hotel. It was set off from the street in rougher area of town. When we got to the entrance there was no one to greet us. All our check in was done via text and phone on What's App. We did not see any personnel that worked for the hotel. "Room was spacious and clean. There were shared bathrooms that didn't seem super clean. The surrounding area felt a little unsafe at times but we didn't feel unsafe while in the building/in our rooms. There is a nice grocery store nearby and on the way to the train station that we went to a couple of times. The walls of the room were very thin and we woke up much earlier than planned due to people yelling. We also feel like we got overcharged with the city tax since what we were charged upon...
