Our happy experience could have been improved by better kitchen equipment and for the hotel to actually bother responding to questions sent to them via Expedia or their own website."

Also, they asked for 1/2 upfront and the other 1/2 once we arrived. After what we went through, I would not have paid them for the second 1/2."
