"The hotel did not look nothing like the pictures we went to the front office and they walked us a block down the street. I think it was their second property. The room did not look nothing like the picture at all in the bed. The bed was the worst thing overall it was like sleeping on concrete. The mattress was so hard. It was like a rock mattress."

"Si efectivamente el hotel bonito, la atención buena y amable
Pero resulta que el hotel no contaba con agua durante los tres días de hospedaje, fue terrible eso y aparte la parte de que no fueron honestos con nosotros a la hora del check in, o sea de decirnos que no había agua, nosotros pagamos todo y resulta que solicitamos una devolución de una parte de lo pagado por el tema del agua y nunca nos dieron respuesta, enserio que fue muy triste y que mala experiencia en ese sentido con el hotel"
